Continent Worldwide Hotels, the rapidly growing Turkish hotel franchising and Management Services Company, has announced the introduction of two luxurious hotels in Madina and a significant property in Al Dammam.
This development is emblematic of the company’s aggressive expansion within the Gulf and MENA regions.
Located centrally in Riyadh, Continent Al Waha Riyadh is a testament to comfort and luxury. In Jeddah, Continent Al Ertiqaa dazzles with its modernity and convenience. Meanwhile, Continent Al Uqayr Eastern Province in the serene Eastern Province showcases the brand’s commitment to quality.
In Madina, the new landmarks, Continent Areola Hotel and Continent Rose Hotel, promise a stellar hospitality experience. The former, a 4-star gem, boasts 216 rooms, diverse dining options, and a meeting room. The latter offers 286 rooms, a restaurant, and a dedicated meeting space. In Al Dammam District, the mixed-use Continent Al Khobar blends luxury accommodation with strategic location.
While the Madina hotels are set to commence operations between 2024 and 2025, Continent Al Khobar Dammam is scheduled for a grand opening in the last quarter of this year. CEO of Continent Hotels Gulf Region, Jamal Hamed, expressed his optimism, noting the properties’ strategic locations close to Al Haram.
Further emphasizing the brand’s commitment to enhancing guest experiences, Shady Boueiry, Managing Director for the MENA region, highlighted the brand’s burgeoning reputation and trust within the Gulf market.
Marking this as a notable milestone, Ethem Zagikyan, Managing Director of Continent Worldwide Hotels, shared that the company now manages a whopping 1000 rooms. He revealed ambitious future plans, stating, “We have around 12 other project signings in our pipeline and still actively pursuing new developments in Riyadh, Jizan, Tabuk, Dubai, Jordan, and Egypt. Our ongoing negotiations for new properties in Saudi Arabia are progressing well.”
