Ghaith Al Ghaith, Chief Executive Officer at flydubai, expressed his pleasure at the expansion of flydubai’s operations in Southeast Asia, emphasizing the significance of these flights for tourism and business connectivity between the UAE and popular holiday destinations in Malaysia. He highlighted that these new routes would attract passengers from the GCC and European markets, in addition to those from the UAE.

With the inclusion of Langkawi and Penang, flydubai now extends its services to four destinations in Southeast Asia, adding to its existing operations to Krabi and Pattaya in Thailand.
