TAV Operations Services opens its fourth Primeclass lounge in the United States; following Washington-Dulles and New York JFK Airports in the USA.
The last addition to TAV Operations Services’ portfolio of airports in the USA has been Florida Palm Beach International Airport.
TAV Operations Services CEO, Güçlü Batkın stated: “Today we operate more than 80 lounges across 28 countries. We closely follow the needs and expectations of our guests and continue to serve more than 8 million passengers annually in our special passenger lounges. We are proud to present the Primeclass Lounge to our passengers at Palm Beach International Airport, one of the most important tourism spots in North America“We are excited to welcome the new Primeclass Lounge to Palm Beach International Airport,” said Laura Beebe, Airport Director. “The opening of Primeclass Lounge will ensure that all of our customers have access to the VIP lounge experience, regardless of the airline they choose to fly with.” The airport, which is the gateway to the Palm Beach region, stands out with its golf and beach tourism with 11 airlines operating direct flights to 34 destinations in the USA, Canada, and the Caribbean.
As of October 2019, Palm Beach Airport served 6.7 million passengers in the last 12 months, with an increase of 4.2% compared to the same period of the previous year. As one of the leading US airports in terms of passenger satisfaction, Palm Beach, has been chosen the country’s eighth-best airport by Conde Nast Traveler.
The Primeclass Lounge located in Concourses A/B, will serve in an area of 3,000 square feet and aims to host 130 thousand passengers per year. The design aim is to create a relaxed premium oasis, which draws design inspiration from the Floridian city. Thanks to a deep understanding of the modern passenger, the lounge is designed to create an environment where visitors can unwind in comfort and luxury—removed from the busy concourse environment. The lounge gives guests a space to focus, catch up, refresh, and take a breath before they continue on to wherever their trip takes them.
Primeclass Lounge will be managed by Gideon Toal Management Services, a nationally known airline lounge management company and will collaborate with many airlines, banks and companies at Palm Beach Airport. “GTMS is honored to serve and show Primeclass Lounge guests our special heart for hospitality,” said Alvin Brown, GTMS CEO. TAV Passport Members as well as LoungeMe mobile application and many private passenger lounge cardholders will also be able to use the Palm Beach Primeclass Lounge.
