Leading European fitness club Jatomi Fitness enters into Thailand market by opening two clubs in Bangkok in the next two months with six more to follow next year. The company makes the official media launch on Thursday, 20th August featuring talk of the town entertainment and special VIP guests.

Jatomi Fitness prides itself on providing a type of accessible, trustworthy club at which members feel comfortable whilst providing world class innovation and ensuring that everyone hits their personal fitness goals. New locations of Jatomi Fitness clubs have already popped up in Malaysia and Indonesia. The first Thailand club is ideally placed in the heart of Bangkok and is accessible from public transportation. The new location is in Supercenter Big C on Rajdamri road near CentralWorld and will certainly be a strong contender to other gyms in the area.

The official media launch of the new Jatomi Fitness location will include a press conference and new fitness class demonstrations as well as the launch for the “PushUp4Charity” social media challenge with donations to the Thai Heart Foundation, a silent auction and healthy food and beverages. Exclusive invitations will be handed out to VIP, BIG C top management and the media.

The event will include a variety of entertainment for both the media and the public. The Minister of Tourism, Khun Kohkarn Wattanavtangkul, BMA Governor, M.R. Sukumbhand, and H.E. Zenon Kuchciak Ambassador Extraordinary & Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland have been invited to officiate the opening. Alex Albon, from the Formula 1 Program, and Thipwalee Jaruhirunskul, an Under Armour spokesperson and triathlon participant, will be the event’s special guests amongst other celebrities. Jatomi Fitness Group’s own CEO Tracy Gehlan will be available for one-on-one interviews.

“The purpose of this launch is to really officiate the beginning of this relationship with Thailand,” said Tracy Gehlan, the CEO of Jatomi Fitness Group. “We are ecstatic to launch the first of many Jatomi Fitness clubs in such a welcoming and exciting country.”

The media and guests will enjoy the hype of this new fitness club while watching the demonstrations of the three new innovative fitness programs being introduced along with the launch: Fit Girls, Pure Pump and Burn It. Fit Girls is a high-energy class that builds on cardio, strength and core skills using fun, upbeat music. Pure Pump is geared towards men and focuses on strength and endurance. 10 pre-choreographed tracks help men work on their whole body resistance. Lastly, Burn It is a high-intensity interval training course. The class runs for only 30 minutes and is fit for advanced athletes only as it will test endurance, agility and speed.
