In addition, flights will start to Bukhara, Uzbekistan on June 7 and Tivat on Montenegro’s southwestern coast on June 11.

A total of 12.7 million passengers were carried by airline during the first quarter, with an occupancy rate of 83.6% on domestic flights and 68.6% on international flights.

The national carrier of Turkiye recently announced its financial results for Q1 2022. The carrier finished the first quarter of 2022 at 163 million USD real operating profit and 161 million USD net profit despite the effects of the COVID-19 crisis and increasing geopolitical tension.
