Radisson Blu, one of the world’s leading hotel brands, opens its first hotel in Congo. “As Africa continues to grow and thrive economically, we are delighted to be part of this momentum by welcoming the first internationally branded hotel to the area,” said Marc Descrozaille, area vice president sub-Saharan Africa.
The Radisson Blu M’Bamou Palace Hotel is located on the north-west banks of the Congo River in the heart of the city’s bustling business district. Guests staying at the hotel are close to the Maya Maya International Airport with easy access to the ferry linking Brazzaville to Kinshasa.

The new hotel offers 178 rooms including 28 suites and two penthouses. Some suites even have their own private kitchen and dining room, making them the perfect for private lunches or discreet dinner meetings. The hotel features various dining and leisure outlets: Le Feu des Saveurs Grill offers unparalleled views over the Congo River, and Il Taglio pool bar with the M’Bamou Larder and Lounge bring the whole Italian and casual dining experience to a new level.
With over 2,600 square meters of meeting space, the hotel caters for a wide range of events from intimate meetings for 12 to larger events for 700. The brand new Cuvette Ballroom has a separate entrance making it ideal for award ceremonies, receptions, product launches, exhibitions, gala dinners and weddings.
The M’Bamou Health Club & Spa offers extensive leisure facilities including an outdoor swimming pool flanked by waterfalls, a tranquil outdoor deck overlooking the gardens and the Congo River, and a fully equipped fitness center. The Spa comprises separate massage and treatment rooms, a hairdresser, sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi, a nail spa as well as a juice bar.
