The ultra-luxurious Raffles Sentosa Singapore will open in March 2025

Raffles Sentosa Singapore is the first all-villa property to open in Singapore and the second Raffles property in the country where the Raffles brand was founded in 1887 with the debut of the iconic Raffles Singapore.

Set open on 1st March 2025, the new ultra-luxurious resort nestled within 100,000 sq metres of unspoilt, lush landscape, is located on a hilltop on Sentosa Island overlooking the South China Sea, creating a secluded sanctuary immersed in nature.

The resort’s 62 contemporary villas, range in size from 210 sq m for a one-bedroom pool villa to 650 sq m for the four-bedroom Royal Villa. Every villa comes with a private pool and outdoor terrace, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the lush landscaping.

There will be five restaurants offering exquisite dining from Italian, Cantonese to Japanese cuisines. At the signature Empire Grill, guests can savour authentic Italian cuisine with a modern twist, while Royal China will feature exceptional Cantonese cuisine. Guests can indulge in a Japanese omakase experience at Hashida, and the world famous Raffles Afternoon Tea at the Raffles Room.

The Chairman’s Room will offer a refined selection of whiskies, cognacs, as well as fine wines and champagnes. Guests may also opt to dine al fresco by their private villa pool or on a secluded stretch of Tanjong Beach, directly accessible from the resort. In line with the resort’s wellbeing and nature theme, there will be a spa blending traditional healing with contemporary wellness.

The Raffles Ballroom seats up to 400 (or up to 600 for cocktails), while the Garden Room & Terrace are perfect for smaller social or business gatherings. There are literary tomes on botany, wellness, fashion, gastronomy and history to browse; and the Sentosa Sling cocktail will debut as part of Raffles’ legendary welcome.

Raffles Trojena Saudi Arabia

Slated to open in 2027, Raffles Trojena will reimagine mountainside hospitality in north-western Saudi Arabia, offering stunning scenic views of the surrounding destination of NEOM. The resort is set to include 105 guestrooms, which are arranged around the perimeter of the ring, offering guests the highest level of comfort in addition to unobstructed vistas and privacy. Circular zones and meticulously landscaped gardens on the ground level will encourage exploration and discovery, while the roof, comprised of a variety of circular apertures, allows for ample natural light.

Raffles Tokyo is expected to open in 2028, to occupy the top 46 floors of the World Trade Center building, a landmark in Tokyo since its completion in 1970. Raffles Tokyo will be ideally located for business and leisure travellers, offering close proximity to some of city’s most notable landmarks including Tokyo Tower, the Roppongi Museum, and Rainbow Bridge

Planning to open by 2030, The Raffles Goa Shiroda in India will feature 120 luxury villas set across over 27 acres. Raffles Goa Shiroda will delight guests with many of the brand’s signature features, including gracious accommodations, a Long Bar, and culturally significant design in addition to Raffles’ unparalleled Butler Service.

Raffles Jaipur opened in July 2024. Hand carved from pure white marble, Raffles Jaipur showcases the finest of Rajasthani craftsmanship. Each element within the reimagined palace retreat has been exquisitely handcrafted by skilled artisans. Creating a highly intimate experience, the hotel features 50 guestrooms and suites, and all appointed with an expansive balcony offering an outdoor soaking tub or plunge pool.

The OWO which opened in September 2023 is home to the first Raffles hotel in London, The OWO Residences by Raffles. It features 120 spacious guest rooms and suites, signature dining experiences, impressive entertainment spaces including a grand ballroom, and an extensive spa in partnership with Guerlain and Pillar Wellbeing.

Raffles London features the Heritage Suites, former offices of influential political and military leaders. The Haldane suite, formerly the office of prime ministers, can be combined to create a six-bedroom, 500 sqm suite which can accommodate up to 12 guests – one of the largest luxury hotel wings available in London. Also highlighted are eight Corner Suites, which are named after notable women and female spies who are connected with the history of The OWO.

Raffles Boston

Raffles Boston which also opened in 2023, is a 35-storey sustainable new-build hotel with 147 guestrooms, and represents the first mixed-use development in North America for the Raffles brand. The Raffles Writer’s Lounge on its 17th floor is a signature Raffles space made famous for the esteemed writers and poets who have frequented it within the flagship Raffles Singapore and a number of other Raffles hotels around the world.

Raffles also has two hotels in Dubai, along with Bahrain, Udaipur (India), Bali, Macau, Jakarta Doha, Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), Phnom Penh & Siem Reap (Cambodia) and in China among others.
