A New Bangkok Hotel with Rooftop Views and a Pool—Take a Look

A stylish new hotel has just opened in the heart of Bangkok, offering business and leisure travelers an upscale yet affordable place to stay.

Located just 100 meters from the Asok BTS SkyTrain and Sukhumvit MRT stations, the property boasts a rooftop pool, a fitness center, and modern guest rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Its prime location makes it an ideal base for exploring the city’s shopping districts, entertainment hubs, and cultural landmarks.

The newly opened NH Bangkok Asoke is the latest addition to the NH Hotels & Resorts brand, marking its second property in the Thai capital.

Following the successful debut of NH Bangkok Sukhumvit Boulevard in October 2024, this new hotel officially welcomed guests on March 1, 2025. With 95 well-appointed rooms, it caters to both short-term and extended stays, providing a seamless experience in one of Asia’s most dynamic cities.

With Bangkok continuing to see record-breaking tourism numbers in 2025, hotel expansions like this signal strong confidence in the city’s hospitality market. The property’s location near Terminal 21, the EM District, Ratchaprasong, Siam, and One Bangkok ensures that visitors have easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Additionally, nature lovers can take a short stroll to Benjakitti Forest Park, one of the city’s most scenic green spaces, while event attendees will appreciate the adjacent location of the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The hotel is within a 40-minute drive from Bangkok’s two international airports.

The 95-key hotel offers thoughtfully appointed rooms, starting from 32sqm. The spacious rooms feature modern furnishings, floor-to-ceiling windows and the brilliant basics that make guests’ stays in Bangkok always a pleasure. Travellers can also keep their routines at the hotel’s fitness centre or opt for relaxation at the rooftop pool. NH Bangkok Asoke includes an all-day dining outlet that serves international, Mediterranean and local Thai fare, as well as a lounge and poolside bar for drinks and light bites throughout the day.

Dillip Rajakarier, CEO of Minor Hotels and Group CEO of Minor International, expressed his enthusiasm for the brand expansion amid forecasts of record-breaking arrivals in 2025. “We are excited to extend our NH Hotels & Resorts footprint with NH Bangkok Asoke, our seventh property in the city, which offers travellers another convenient way to experience the Kingdom of Thailand. We deeply appreciate the Narula family’s trust in Minor Hotels that has enabled this expansion, and we look forward to further strengthening our partnership in the years ahead.”

Kirin Narula, Managing Director of Quality Inn, added: “Expanding our relationship with Minor Hotels to launch NH Bangkok Asoke was an easy decision. The group’s expertise in operating hotels and understanding of the Bangkok hospitality market is among the best in the business, as we have seen through our partnership with the NH Bangkok Sukhumvit Boulevard. We look forward to working with the Minor Hotels team to make NH Hotels & Resorts a top choice for cost-conscious travellers visiting the Thai capital.”

NH Bangkok Asoke is Minor Hotels’ latest expansion of the NH Hotels & Resorts brand in Asia. In 2024, Minor Hotels opened the first NH-branded properties in Sri Lanka (NH Bentota Ceysands Resort), The Maldives (NH Maldives Kuda Rah Resort), and Bangkok, Thailand (NH Bangkok Sukhumvit Boulevard) and followed the Asian debut of NH in Phuket, Thailand (NH Boat Lagoon Phuket Resort). NH Hotels & Resorts has a global footprint of over 230 properties, including five hotels and resorts in three Asian countries – Sri Lanka, The Maldives and Thailand.
