The study looked at 16 countries in total, and Spain earned a perfect score of 100, surpassing popular retirement spots like Portugal, Costa Rica, and France. While many travelers already consider Spain a go-to vacation destination, this new data highlights how ideal it is for long-term living post-retirement.
Why Spain Tops the List
Spain’s strong performance was based on a combination of factors that appeal to older adults looking to relocate:
