Positioned in the vibrant Hatchobori district, the hotel represents Accor’s first property in Hiroshima, the second dual-branded collaboration with Tokyu Stay in Japan, and the 20th Mercure hotel in the country.
Building on the successful partnership between Accor and Tokyu Resorts & Stays Co., Ltd., Mercure Tokyu Stay Hiroshima combines Tokyu Stay’s renowned facilities for medium- and long-term stays with Mercure’s locally inspired design, hospitality and global brand network.
With 182 guest rooms averaging 23 sqm, the hotel offers spacious comfort for every type of traveller. Accommodating two to four guests, the rooms are ideal for couples, families, or groups. Each room features a washer-dryer and microwave, ensuring convenience for both short visits and extended stays.
Conveniently located within a two-minute walk from Hiroshima Electric Railway’s Hatchobori Station, the hotel offers easy access to Hiroshima’s shopping, dining and cultural attractions. Positioned in the heart of the city, the hotel serves as a gateway for guests to explore Hiroshima’s history, creativity and evolving urban culture.
“SHARE LOUNGE” features a three-story structure that combines the functionality of an office with the comfort of a cafe and bar, creating a space that seamlessly integrates with the entire hotel. Open to both hotel guests and local residents, the lounge serves as a welcoming social hub where visitors can work, relax and connect throughout the day. Meeting rooms and a fitness centre are available.
The design of SHARE LOUNGE is striking, with bookshelves stretching across the entire wall of the atrium. The book selection primarily focuses on Hiroshima’s culture, history, and tourism, including English Language books.
Celebrating Hiroshima’s local creativity and craftsmanship is central to the guest experience. The hotel collaborates with local creators and businesses across multiple touchpoints, including breakfast, amenities and curated experiences. Guests can enjoy craft bread created in partnership with long-established local bakery Aloft, as well as coffee by Hiroshima-based roastery, Mount Coffee.
