Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has named Rebecca Kirisits general manager of the dual-brand 252-room Hampton Inn Boston Seaport District and 164-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Seaport District.
Kirisits joins the properties from DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Bayside and in her new role, will oversee all aspects of operations, driving team performance to deliver exceptional guest experiences across both hotels.
“Rebecca brings a wealth of leadership experience from her tenure with Hilton, along with deep knowledge of the Northeast market and on-the-ground expertise in Boston to the Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites Boston Seaport District,” said Diarmuid Dwyer, area vice president, operations, Hilton.
“Her commitment to team leadership and the guest experience makes her ideally suited to lead this dual-brand hotel in one of Boston’s most exciting waterfront neighbourhoods.”
Kirisits brings more than two decades of hospitality experience and over 15 years with Hilton to the role, most recently serving as general manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Bayside, where she led operations, guest experience and team engagement. She previously served as general manager of the former Embassy Suites by Hilton Secaucus Meadowlands and held roles including director of brand standards/operations for Waldorf Astoria, as well as rooms and housekeeping leadership positions at The Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria New York, and front office at Hilton New York Times Square. Her experience also includes leadership roles with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Sofitel Los Angeles.

Kirisits holds a Master of Science in Hospitality Industry Studies from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Television, Radio and Film Production from Syracuse University. She also earned a certificate in interior design from Otis College of Art and Design.
