Bosphorus Grill launches new summer menu at Çırağan Palace

Bosphorus Grill at Çırağan Palace Kempinski has introduced a new summer lunch and dinner menu inspired by the flavours of the Aegean and Mediterranean. The open-air restaurant sits beside the Bosphorus in Istanbul, with panoramic views towards the city’s historic centre and the Maiden’s Tower.

The seasonal offering includes starters, mezes, seafood sharing plates, meat dishes and contemporary interpretations of traditional desserts. Live music accompanies dinner on Fridays and Saturdays, while guests can reach the waterfront restaurant by road or arrive by yacht at its private pier.

The Bosphorus Grill summer menu places seafood and seasonal vegetables at the centre of the dining experience. Chefs combine aromatic ingredients with modern interpretations of regional dishes, while the range of smaller plates allows diners to share several flavours at the table.

The restaurant’s light starters and mezes draw on the culinary traditions of Turkey’s Aegean and Mediterranean coasts. Seafood sharing plates extend that approach, giving groups an alternative to ordering individual main courses.

Seafood, meat and seasonal desserts

The main course selection ranges from fresh seafood to prepared meat dishes. The restaurant says the variety is intended to provide options for different tastes while maintaining the menu’s focus on regional ingredients and summer dining.

Desserts include familiar favourites presented with contemporary touches, alongside creations based on refreshing seasonal flavours. This combination of traditional recipes and modern presentation runs throughout the new lunch and dinner menu.

The format gives guests several ways to structure a meal. Diners can begin with light starters and mezes before choosing a seafood or meat main course, or build a shared meal around a broader selection of small plates.

No menu prices or individual dish names were included in the announcement. Guests seeking details about availability, dietary requirements or current menu choices can contact the restaurant before booking.

Waterfront dining in Istanbul

Bosphorus Grill occupies an open-air setting directly beside the water at Çırağan Palace Kempinski. The location gives diners views across the Bosphorus and towards some of Istanbul’s best-known landmarks.

The restaurant is designed around its waterfront position, particularly during evening service when the lights along the strait become part of the setting. The new menu expands this Bosphorus waterfront dining experience across both lunch and dinner.

Views of the Maiden’s Tower and Istanbul’s historic skyline form a prominent part of the venue’s appeal. The outdoor location also allows visitors to combine a meal with the atmosphere of the Bosphorus during the summer season.

On Friday and Saturday evenings, live music at Bosphorus Grill adds another element to the restaurant’s dinner service. The performances are intended to complement the waterfront setting and create a livelier atmosphere as the evening progresses.

Guests can arrive by yacht

Diners can travel to the restaurant by road or use the private pier directly in front of the venue. The yacht arrival option gives guests direct access from the Bosphorus and distinguishes the restaurant from many other Istanbul dining locations.

The private pier may also appeal to visitors planning an itinerary on the water. Guests can move from a Bosphorus journey to lunch or dinner without first transferring to road transport, subject to making their own yacht arrangements.

The launch adds a seasonal food and entertainment programme to the hotel’s summer offering. It brings together Aegean and Mediterranean cuisine, open-air Istanbul dining, live weekend music and waterfront views in a single venue.
