With the popularity of soccer in Japan and especially in Hokkaido, Hard Rock Japan is teaming up with the Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo Soccer Club to be an official top sponsor.
Hard Rock is no stranger when it comes to sports – it is currently the “Jersey front sponsor” for the Tampa Bay, FloridaRowdies professional soccer club playing in the United Soccer League. It is also the official sponsor for Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, which is not only home to Miami professional and collegiate football games but also the main venue for many top professional international friendly soccer matches and other major concerts and entertainment events.
“This is the first time for Hard Rock International to be a top sponsor of a League One professional sports team,” said Ado Machida, president of Hard Rock Japan. “It shows the commitment and vision of Hard Rock to be a local based establishment for the residents of Hokkaido and a true partner in helping Hokkaido become a world-class resort destination by offering the best in family entertainment and hospitality.”
“We are thrilled to welcome Hard Rock International, a world-renowned company as our new partner,” said Yoshikazu Nonomura, CEO of the Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo Professional Soccer Club. “We hope to continue providing great entertainment through Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo that can be enjoyed by many generations, from children to seniors, not only in Hokkaido but across the globe in collaboration with international partners like Hard Rock.
