AIDA Cruises, Germany's leading cruise line and a part of Carnival Corporation & plc, will resume sailing operations in August 2020.

The TUI Group has successfully completed the sale of its subsidiary Hapag-Lloyd Cruises to TUI Cruises.

Princess Cruises announced changes to its deployment in Alaska and Europe for summer 2021 with Majestic Princess arriving to the West Coast and setting sail for her inaugural Alaska season, and Regal Princess returning to Europe.

Carnival Cruise Line today advised guests and travel agents that it has extended its operational pause in North America through Sept. 30, 2020.

With travel and port restrictions continuing for the near future due to global health concerns, Holland America Line is extending its pause of cruise operations and canceling additional departures from the port of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, in 2020, as well as select Hawaii itineraries for early 2021.

Luxury cruise line Cunard, announced that, as a result of the continued impact of Covid-19, it will be extending the pause in operations. 

AIDA Cruises suspended all its cruises with ports in the USA and Canada this year as the conditions for international travel to the USA and Canada are not currently in place due to the spread of coronavirus.

Due to extension of the closure of cruise ports in regions around the world and other factors impacting international travel, Princess Cruises is extending its pause in cruise operations with respect to the following voyages: 

Carnival Corporation announced that both AIDA Cruises and Costa announced a further pause for its cruises until 31 July 2020.

Princess Cruises has launched the 111-day Princess 2022 World Cruise; featuring 51 destinations, 29 countries and six continents, with two roundtrip options - from Ft. Lauderdale (5 January 2022) or Los Angeles (19 January 2022).
