AC Hotel Beverly Hills / Opened: January 2019
The AC Hotel Beverly Hills, the first Los Angeles-based locale for the design-led European lifestyle hotel brand, AC Hotels by Marriott® has 142 rooms and located at 6399 Wilshire Blvd. The hotel is in close proximity to famed cultural and retail draws such as Rodeo Drive, The Grove, Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), Petersen Automotive Museum and the Beverly Center.
Within the 1-king, 2-queen, and 1-bedroom suites, the friction of travel is alleviated by AC’s intuitive furnishings, open-closet system, and a modern touch ingrained in simple, clean lines. Vast windows direct natural sunlight to hardwood floors opposite vaulted ceilings. On the 11th floor social rooftop, an outdoor wading pool stretches north to a second terrace, providing dueling panoramic views of Los Angeles. In between lies the Terrace Bar and its custom, full-height ‘Party Wave’ mural by wayfaring artist Allison Kunath.
Palihotel Culver City / Opened: January 2019
About eight miles from Hollywood, the West End Hotel in Los Angeles has been reimagined as the Palihotel Culver City. The Palihotel Culver City is managed by the Palisociety group, a boutique chain that includes locations in Santa Monica, and on Melrose Avenue and Westwood Village in Los Angeles. Rosewood Miramar Beach Montecito / Opened: March 2019
Rosewood Miramar Beach Montecito is the first ultra-luxury resort in Southern California that offers guestrooms set directly over the sand is located in Santa Barbara’s picturesque Montecito community, Miramar, meaning ‘to behold the sea,’.
Inspired by the beautiful homes and grand estates of Montecito, and true to Rosewood’s signature residential-style, Rosewood Miramar Beach features 161 guestrooms and suites. At the heart of the property is the magnificent Manor House where a dramatic stone-paved driveway leads up to a striking single-entry, solid-wood front door that opens into the home’s grand foyer. Three signature suites reside in the Manor House including The Founder’s Residence, The Miramar Suite and The Ambassador Suite.

The West Hollywood EDITION / Opening: August 2019
Located where West Hollywood meets Beverly Hills, The West Hollywood EDITION at 9040 West Sunset Boulevard on the east corner of West Sunset Blvd. and North Doheny Drive, features 190 guest rooms, 20 luxury residences and over 5,200 sq. ft. of meeting space. Food and beverage outlets include a signature restaurant, a lobby lounge, rooftop venue and a nightclub/bar. Also available will be a rooftop pool /pool deck and a 4-treatment room spa.
The Hoxton L.A. / Opened: August 2019
The London-based Hoxton hotel brand converted the historic Los Angeles Railway building at 1060 S. Broadway into the newest location of its hotel chain. The Hoxton L.A. has 174 rooms spread over 10 storeys. There are four room types: Snug, Cosy, Roomy and Biggy. All rooms are cleverly designed to make the most of the space, and all come with the same Hox Perks including free fast WiFi, free daily calls to anywhere in the world, coffee, tea, water and milk, and a light breakfast bag delivered to your room.
Sibling Rival is the all-day lobby restaurant for a modern take on the classic diner, complete with its own coffee and soft serve bar. Then there’s Pilot; the rooftop restaurant serving up Mediterranean-inspired fare and sweeping views over Broadway. The rooftop pool is open all year round for a dose of that chill, LA-vibe withe the perfect poolside snacks in-hand.
Downtown L.A. Proper Hotel / Opening: Fall 2019
With city lights and vintage brick as a backdrop, Proper re-imagines and updates an historic Broadway Corridor landmark into a 148-room destination hotel.
The 13-story historic building on the corner of Broadway and 11th street was first home to the L.A. Press Club and then the Case Hotel. Essentials include two destination restaurants led by James Beard Award-winning L.A. chef Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne (Lucques, a.o.c., Tavern); an intimate library-lounge, a city-view rooftop pool and lounge-bar-restaurant. Especially Proper are two singular, one-of-a-kind suites fashioned from the basketball court and indoor pool of the building’s sporting club past.
Silver Lake Pool and Inn / Opening: November 2019
In November, Silver Lake Pool and Inn will open at Sunset Junction, just south of the lively intersection of Santa Monica and Sunset. The 54-room boutique property run by Palisociety Hotels is set to feature an elevated pool deck and Marco Polo, a coastal Italian-inspired outdoor restaurant and bar.
The Wayfarer DTLA / Opening: November 2019

The Wayfarer DTLA is a community-focused hotel coming to Downtown L.A.’s historic Broadway Corridor in the former Ritz Milner building. The property will feature 156 rooms, four food, and beverage spots and a stairwell gym. Rockefeller Kempel Architects, who spearheaded the beautiful renovation of Hotel Figueroa, is leading this project as the second hotel under the Wayfarer name with the first located in Santa Barbara.
Hotel Nue Hollywood Hyatt Unbound / Opening: Early 2020 Late 2021
Hyatt Hotels is building a new 64-room boutique lifestyle hotel, which will be located at 1525 N. Cahuenga Blvd. Located near the iconic Hollywood Palladium theater, famed Sunset Boulevard and star-lined Hollywood Walk of Fame, the new hotel will reflect the avant-garde attitude of Hollywood. The hotel will be managed by Interstate Hotels & Resorts.
In addition to its 39 guest rooms and 24 suites, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt hotel will feature a variety of food and beverage experiences, including a ground-level restaurant, street-front lounge, and rooftop pool deck and lounge. The hotel will cater to both leisure and business travelers seeking an upscale, lively hotel experience in the heart of vibrant Hollywood.
Fairmont Century Plaza / Opening: Early 2020

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts will operate the landmark Century Plaza hotel in Century City when it reopens as the Fairmont Century Plaza in early 2020. In the heart of Los Angeles, the 394-room hotel will offer guests and locals alike a gourmet café, an American brasserie, a rooftop bar, and more.
The Godfrey Hotel Hollywood / Opening: Early 2020
