Fully vaccinated travelers can now enjoy quarantine-free access to Singapore from Turkey, effective 16 December 2021, via Vaccinated Travel Lanes (VTL) flights.

In addition to quarantine-free travel to Singapore, passengers can also transit via Singapore Changi Airport to over 70 destinations across the SIA network.

Mr. Tow, Singapore Ambassador in Turkey said, "I am pleased to welcome Turkey to the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) (Air) arrangement with Singapore.

From 15 December 2021, Turkey joined 23 other countries eligible for quarantine free air travel into Singapore for fully vaccinated travellers. The VTL will help
reinvigorate passenger traffic between the two countries while providing safeguards to public health. I look forward to seeing more travellers visit both Singapore and Turkey.

My family and I are also excited to be flying home on Singapore Airlines’ (SIA) first VTL flight from Istanbul to Singapore on 16 December 2021. We wish SIA every
success and their Istanbul team the very best!"

Mr. Hu, Singapore Airlines General Manager Turkey said, “Turkey is already open to quarantine-free vaccinated travel from Singapore. The expansion of VTL flights to include Turkey marks an important step in re-opening our Singapore home market to international travellers. Our customers can finally enjoy seamless quarantine-free travel and reunite safely with their friends and family in Singapore.”
