IntercityHotel is a Deutsche Hospitality brand which encompasses over 40 hotels. The new IntercityHotel Graz will be located at Finkengasse 2. It will extend over six storeys and will offer all the comfort guests would expect to find in the upper mid-scale segment as well as conference rooms, a bar and a restaurant. Scheduled for completion in autumn 2020, the hotel has been designed as a mixed-use concept in conjunction with the SMARTments brand. Plans also involve the creation of 187 student apartments within the immediate vicinity of the city’s main railway station. The project developer is the GBI Company Group. Like all new generation IntercityHotels, the IntercityHotel Graz features a signature design concept by the Italian architect Matteo Thun.
