Hampton by Hilton, Hilton’s leading upper-midscale brand, today announced the opening of 105-room, new-build Hampton by Hilton Bariloche.
Developed by Argenway, the modern hotel represents Hampton’s debut in Argentina and Hilton’s first-ever property in San Carlos de Bariloche.
“As Argentina continues to grow as one of the main tourist destinations in Latin America, San Carlos de Bariloche has evolved into the country’s most popular winter getaway,” said Gaston Mourrut, general manager of Hampton by Hilton Bariloche. “We are excited to welcome business and leisure travelers alike to experience our contemporary, comfortable and functional rooms in this diverse town, which has been ranked by Forbes Magazine as one of the top 20 best destinations to visit in 2020.”
Located in the foothills of the Andes, Hampton by Hilton Bariloche overlooks the southern shores of Nahuel Huapi Lake, its glacial waters and surrounding landscape, making it one of the most attractive places in Patagonia. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby mountains or hiking through Argentina’s oldest national park.
Additionally, the hotel offers convenient access to the San Carlos de Bariloche Airport, as well as some of the city’s most breathtaking sceneries, including Victoria Island, Arrayanes Forest and Cerro Catedral Ski Center in the winter. Hampton by Hilton Bariloche offers modern and thoughtfully designed accommodations with unique characteristics, including a treated air injection system, Cisco Meraki technology for the WiFi network and two panoramic elevators with stunning views of crystal-clear waters. Guests can also enjoy traditional Argentinian cuisine at the on-property café-bistro with views of Nahuel Huapi Lake. The contemporary hotel will also feature the brand’s value-added amenities, including free hot breakfast and free WiFi, and each guestroom will include HDTV, complimentary in-room movie channels, and a coffeemaker. Hotel Team Members are committed to delivering exceptionally friendly and authentic service all backed by the 100% Hampton Guarantee™.
