IHG® Hotels & Resorts has announced the arrival of the Regent brand in the Middle East with its new ultra-luxurious hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The hotel, in collaboration with Almuhaysin Group, is set to launch by mid-2024 and will be the brand’s first property in the region. Positioned in one of the most prestigious waterfront locations in Jeddah, Regent Jeddah will offer mesmerizing views of the Corniche and Jeddah’s Formula 1 racetrack, redefining luxury in Saudi Arabia.
Known for their presence in glamourous destinations like Bali, Santa Monica, and Hong Kong, Regent’s foray into Saudi Arabia aligns with the country’s Vision 2030, catering to the escalating demand for luxury travel experiences in the Kingdom. The hotel builds on Regent’s rich legacy of setting unrivaled standards in travel and living, driving innovation, and providing exceptional service.
Situated on the scenic Jeddah Corniche, the Regent Jeddah will offer an ultra-luxury experience with nearly 182 rooms overlooking the Red Sea. The hotel’s 29 stories will house a collection of opulent spaces that redefine beachfront splendor. The five spacious penthouses, designed with an unmatched level of luxury and sophistication, are expected to attract both corporate executives and Saudi guests who desire remarkable hospitality experiences.
In addition to luxurious accommodation, Regent Jeddah will feature an extensive 1,500 sqm spa developed by Raison d’Etre, renowned for their work with Six Senses Spa. A health club spread over 200 sqm, indoor and outdoor pools, and three gourmet restaurants and a lounge are among other enticing amenities that guests can look forward to.

Presently, IHG operates 39 hotels across five brands in Saudi Arabia, including InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Staybridge Suites, and voco, with an additional 30 hotels scheduled to open within the next three to five years.
