SIRO Brand Expands with New Hotels in Riyadh and Los Cabos

Kerzner International Holdings Limited has announced the expansion of its inaugural hotel brand, SIRO, with the signing of agreements for two new SIRO hotels.

Properties in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Los Cabos, Mexico will join recently opened SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai, and forthcoming SIRO Boka Place in Montenegro, set to open in Q4 2024, demonstrating Kerzner’s commitment to steadily grow and bring the innovative new concept to destinations across the world.

Philippe Zuber, Chief Executive Officer of Kerzner International said, “SIRO is a direct response to the societal shift in attitudes towards sports and wellness was designed to be a rapid-growth challenger brand that enables Kerzner to expand our global footprint in the world’s most vibrant cities. The subsequent excitement we’re seeing among investors and developers is testament to the market demand for this revolutionary new concept. In February 2024, we started welcoming our first guests to SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai. The response from them has been phenomenal and provides a fantastic foundation for growth as we work closely with our partners to grow the pipeline of new SIRO properties around the world.”

Set to open in 2027 and developed by Fortem Capital, SIRO Palmilla will be located in Los Cabos, on the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula, offering a tranquil and temperate climate for SIRO guests wanting to focus on their fitness and recovery.

Comprised of 120 keys and a cluster of SIRO branded residences, of which 14 will be standalone villas, the site is part of a new masterplan development, Palmilla Reserve. Located near the iconic One&Only Palmilla, a flagship property of the One&Only portfolio also run and operated by Kerzner and situated on a hillside overlooking the Palmilla Golf Club, the development offers sweeping views of the golf course, ocean and surrounding hills.

Located in the city’s prestigious business and residential district of Olaya, SIRO Olaya Riyadh will present convenient entry to the city’s diplomatic quarter, government offices, prominent business centres and high-end retail experiences. Set to open in 2028 and developed by 80 Real Estate Company, SIRO Olaya Riyadh will feature 200 guestrooms, alongside comprehensive fitness and recovery facilities, unrivalled in the city to date.

The hotel is a 30-minute drive from King Khalid International Airport and easily accessible by other modes of transport from within the city. Representing Kerzner’s first foray into Saudi Arabia, the announcement of SIRO Olaya Riyadh is perfectly timed with the kingdom’s commitment to wellness as both a cultural and economic priority, and complements the recent surge in healthcare infrustructure development.

A revolutionary new concept that combines transformative wellness experiences, an integrated digital strategy and personalised guidance from wellness experts, SIRO is setting a new standard for those seeking comprehensive fitness and recovery solutions across the brand’s core 5 biohacking pillars: nutrition, fitness, sleep, recovery, and mindfulness. For future owners and developers, SIRO represents an unparalelled opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking hospitality concept at the forefront of innovation and transformational wellness, where every aspect of the guest experience is geared towards unlocking peak mental and physical performance. With the completed deals on these forthcoming projects, Kerzner will continue its ambitious growth plans to bring SIRO to the world’s most dynamic destinations.

The growing SIRO brand complements Kerzner’s portfolio of luxury and ultra-luxury resorts across the Atlantis, One&Only and Rare Finds brands. The world’s first SIRO at One Za’abeel, Dubai, is now taking bookings.
