Located on a cliffside over Kalafati Beach, the Wild Hotel will offer a design-led retreat, featuring 40 suites and villas ‘inspired by the colours and lines of traditional Grecian architecture’.
The property will have an infinity pool with views across the Aegean Sea, a private beach for residents and a restaurant serving classic dishes from the Cycladic Islands.
The Wild Hotel is a collaboration of design between Alexandros & Filippos Varveris and Sofia & Matina Karavas, who are both coowners and architects of the project.
The Ftelia Beach Club, which is a sister property of The Wild Hotel, is also to open in spring 2019 on the opposite side of Mykonos Island in the popular Ftelia Bay.
The club, which will showcase the designs of up-and-coming Italian architect Fabricio Casiraghi and be influenced by the resorts of the 60s and 70s in Southern France and coastal Italy.
The Interni group also runs the Interni restaurant in the centre of Mykonos town.
