The recently opened hotels are The Envoy – Boston, MA, Grand Bohemian Hotel Mountain Brook – Birmingham, AL, The Citizen – Sacramento, CA.
The Envoy in Boston, MA is a newly constructed propertylocated in the city’s Innovation District. The hotel’s 136 rooms are carefully designed with handcrafted, artisan-style décor and feature reclaimed wood throughout along with expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows framing unparalleled waterfront and city views. Tech-forward amenities include a collaborative work area featuring a classic billiards table reimagined into six interactive computer touch-screens. The Envoy’s communal atmosphere extends to its 4,000 square-foot Lookout Rooftop Bar,which boasts spectacular waterfront views and seasonal cocktails and local beers, including a house brew created especially for the property by Boston’s Harpoon Brewery. The hotel’s restaurant Outlook Kitchen offers progressive seasonal fare under the leadership of Excecutive Chef David Verdo, a Boston native with prior experience at French brasserie Miel and Asana.
Located in the affluent Mountain Brook suburb of Birmingham, Alabama, Grand Bohemian Hotel Mountain Brook is a 100-room boutique hotel with a touch of bohemian inspiration and artistic offerings.
