Eduardo Bronte Takes the Helm as Kimpton Seafire’s Executive Sous Chef

Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa, located on the picturesque Grand Cayman, proudly announces Eduardo Bronte‘s appointment as its new Executive Sous Chef.

Chef Eduardo is celebrated for his impressive culinary background and his commitment to crafting exceptional dining experiences.

The resort’s General Manager, Steven Andre, expressed excitement about Chef Eduardo’s role in enhancing the culinary offerings. Andre highlighted Eduardo’s ability to combine unique flavors and global culinary styles, promising a refreshing addition to the resort’s dining options.

In his new role, Chef Eduardo will support all culinary programming at the resort. Originating from São Paulo, Brazil, he brings over two decades of kitchen expertise. His training spans various culinary traditions, including European, Middle Eastern, and Caribbean, enabling a harmonious blend of classic and innovative dishes.

Prior to joining Kimpton Seafire, Eduardo was the Executive Chef at InterContinental Luanda Miramar in Angola. There, he led a large team and managed several dining venues and a convention center, showcasing his capability in menu design and customer satisfaction.

Chef Eduardo is passionate about providing a top-notch culinary experience at Seafire. He aims to elevate the resort’s status as a premier dining destination in the Caribbean by leveraging local and international flavors.

Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa features a diverse dining landscape. Ave combines Mediterranean cuisine with local ingredients, while Avecita offers an exclusive tasting menu. Coccoloba, a beachside eatery, blends Mexican street food with a relaxed beach atmosphere. Additionally, the Library by the Sea cocktail lounge, recognized for its innovative cocktails and ambiance, continues to impress guests since its opening in 2022.
