His extensive career includes roles as Executive Sous Chef at Avani Atrium Bangkok and Senior Sous Chef at InterContinental Resort Hua Hin. The hotel’s gastronomic landscape, under Chef Pinkaew’s guidance, includes a variety of dining venues. The Kites Eatery, an all-day Thai dining restaurant, offers dishes from central, northern, north-eastern, and southern Thailand, made with high-quality ingredients sourced from local farms. Luz Bangkok Tapas Bar, situated on the 33rd floor, serves authentic tapas along with Mediterranean, Thai, and international snacks.
