His extensive career includes roles as Executive Sous Chef at Avani Atrium Bangkok and Senior Sous Chef at InterContinental Resort Hua Hin. Chef Pinkaew’s journey through various prestigious hotels, including Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok and DoubleTree by Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok, has honed his skills in creating diverse and innovative culinary experiences. In his new role at INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit, Chef Pinkaew will oversee the hotel’s culinary operations. His responsibilities span from crafting vibrant menus and memorable dining experiences to managing budgets, resource planning, forecasting, and waste management.

The hotel’s gastronomic landscape, under Chef Pinkaew’s guidance, includes a variety of dining venues. The Kites Eatery, an all-day Thai dining restaurant, offers dishes from central, northern, north-eastern, and southern Thailand, made with high-quality ingredients sourced from local farms. Luz Bangkok Tapas Bar, situated on the 33rd floor, serves authentic tapas along with Mediterranean, Thai, and international snacks. The Open Living Lounge, integrated into the hotel’s 32nd-floor coworking space, offers Thai and Western comfort food, along with a convenient grab-and-go menu. Additionally, The Giant Swing Pool Bar on the 34th floor features a sky-high transparent infinity pool and an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and leisure.
