Novotel, Ibis & Adagio Dubai Al Barsha welcome back Mr. Souffian Zaeraoui as the Cluster General Manager for the Accor properties, offering 1144 rooms across varied categories, catering to business and leisure travelers.
Mr. Zaeraoui is no stranger to Accor having worked with the brand for 14 glorious years and previously served as the Hotel Director for the same cluster until 2018.
A French-Moroccan national, Mr. Zaeraoui brings with him a wealth of experience and a unique and fresh perspective. His previous work has already been invaluable to the success of the cluster, and he will be an instrumental part of the upcoming transformation of the newly designed Ibis guest rooms for Ibis Al Barsha – the first Ibis hotel in the UAE to roll out such a fresh new modern design in a budget segment.
Mr. Zaeraoui’s success and achievements during his time as General Manager of the Novotel & Adagio Abu Dhabi Al Bustan helped establish him as an invaluable part of the Accor senior leadership team. He holds an MBA in International Hospitality Management, IMHI from ESSEC Business School in Paris before embarking on his global career. He began his career in France with Marriott and
Sofitel Hotels in Paris, before heading Food & Beverage at Novotel Cardiff Centre in the United Kingdom, to opening Pullman Gurgaon Central Park in India as Operations Manager before joining the Accor Al Barsha cluster as Hotel Director.
