47-year old Eckart Pfannkuchen has been appointed General Manager of the 131-room Steigenberger Hotel Treudelberg Hamburg.
In this new capacity, he will be responsible in future for all operational and administrative business areas of the hotel. Mr. Pfannkuchen, who is shortly to become a father for the third time, has a wealth of experience in the upscale hotel sector. “We are delighted to have acquired the services of Mr. Pfannkuchen”, Alexander Garbe and Lars Nagel-Heyer, the two Managing Directors of Golf Hotel Hof Treudelberg GmbH, said in a joint statement. “He is an impassioned hotelier with many years of experience in the luxury sector and will be a considerable asset to our company.”

It also has one of the most attractive and best laid-out golf courses anywhere in northern Germany.
