AirJapan Unveils Tokyo to Seoul Service

AirJapan, a new airline brand operating under ANA HOLDINGS INC., has announced the launch of its service on the Narita-Incheon route.

This service, set to commence on February 22, 2024, will connect Tokyo Narita International Airport with Incheon International Airport in South Korea. This marks the airline’s second route, following its commitment to expanding medium-haul international travel options.

Hideki Mineguchi, the Chief Executive Officer and President of AirJapan, expressed the significance of this new route. He highlighted that the Narita-Incheon route is a key milestone for AirJapan, demonstrating the airline’s dedication to providing innovative and flexible travel experiences.

Mineguchi emphasized the convenience of Incheon Airport as a hub for connecting flights, anticipating steady demand from passengers traveling from Japan and various international destinations throughout the year.

AirJapan’s approach, under the concept of “Fly Thoughtful,” is to offer a new style of travel. This approach allows passengers the freedom to select and customize their services. The airline aims to blend the quality of ANA Group’s full-service carrier (FSC) with the convenience of a low-cost carrier (LCC).
