ANA Introduces New Satellite Terminal for 3 Gates at Haneda Airport

All Nippon Airways (ANA), Japan’s largest and 5-star airline for six consecutive years, announced that it is extending its services to a new satellite terminal at Tokyo’s Haneda Airport Terminal 2. The satellite terminal will house gates 46, 47 and 48(*1).

The satellite terminal will be available for use starting December 10 and will be equipped with plush couches and tables for customer comfort and convenience. In addition, ANA will be providing free ANA Lounge Internet Access Service, high-speed Wi-Fi connection and Digital content service throughout the satellite terminal.

“Comfort is one of our top priorities for our travelers,” said Shigeru Hattori, Senior Vice President, ANA Airport Center. “This new satellite terminal will provide a cozy location for passengers to relax while waiting to board their flight. We believe that the new satellite terminal will offer a service beyond the excellent service found throughout Haneda Airport Domestic Terminal 2.”

Passengers will need to take a dedicated connection bus from the bus gate in Terminal 2 to reach the satellite terminal. Transportation takes approximately three minutes, and buses will depart from each location every five minutes, so this process may take up to ten minutes including waiting time. ANA requests all passengers using gates 46, 47 and 48 to pass through security check 20 minutes prior to the departure time, the same with passengers using other gates. (*2)

Traveling can sometimes be a fast-paced and hectic experience. ANA knows that a little extra comfort can go a long way. This new satellite terminal will increase comfort and convenience for travelers departing from Haneda Airport. ANA is committed to providing a luxurious travel experience starting from the moment passengers arrive at the airport.

(*1) The satellite terminal is available only to passengers departing from gate 46, 47 and 48.
(*2) From Dec. 1, 2018, passengers departing on domestic flights from Haneda Airport Terminal 2 will need to pass through the security check point at least 20 minutes before departure time.
