Moscow Domodedovo Airport adds another feather to its cap with the introduction of the Horizon business lounge in its latest terminal segment, T2. In less than a month since its inauguration, nearly 11,000 international travelers have availed its premier services.
Sprawling over an expansive 668 m², Horizon boasts the ability to accommodate up to 200 guests. The lounge brings together contemporary urban design and top-notch amenities, ensuring a seamless blend of luxury and comfort. Highlight features include a dedicated waiting area, a specialized section for children, and a lounge zone that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the airfield.
Reflecting the latest trends in décor and technology, the interior of Horizon resonates with the urban aesthetic. The choice of name, “Horizon”, traces its origins to a unique concept that draws inspiration from M.V. Lomonosov, the renowned scientist whose contributions have enriched the Russian language. This choice pays homage to Lomonosov, whose name was conferred upon Domodedovo Airport following the “Great Names of Russia” national vote in 2018.
The Moscow Domodedovo Airport, which operates round the clock, already boasts seven business lounges in the departure zones catering to both domestic and international airlines. Furnished with amenities that enhance passenger comfort during pre-flight waits, these lounges are open to all, irrespective of their ticket class. Several loyalty programs, such as On Pass (Millionair), Persona.aero, GreyWall, Every Lounge, RusPriority, and GoldenKey, are currently functional in these priority service lounges, adding value to the passenger experience.
