JetBlue Plus Card

JetBlue Plus Card Crowned Best Co-Branded Airline Credit Card by J.D. Power

JetBlue’s Plus Card, in collaboration with Barclays, has clinched the top spot in J.D. Power’s 2023 U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction Study. The accolade, a reflection of feedback from over 30,000 credit card users in the U.S., recognizes the card’s superior rewards, benefits, and overall customer experience.

JetBlue’s Plus Card, which emerged with the highest scores in three key categories – Rewards Earning, Rewards Redeeming, and Benefits – demonstrates the airline’s continual effort to prioritize customer value. Christopher Buckner, JetBlue’s vice president of loyalty and partnerships, remarked, “The honor from J.D. Power underscores our dedication to enhancing products and services that prioritize our customers.”

JetBlue’s recent TrueBlue® loyalty program, unveiled earlier this year, complements the Plus Card by offering members lucrative opportunities to accrue points, perks, and attain the revered TrueBlue Mosaic® status.

Barclays US Consumer Bank’s Head of U.S. Cards and Partnerships, Doug Villone, commented on the accomplishment, emphasizing the Plus Card’s commitment to delivering unmatched value to cardholders.

The JetBlue Plus Card offers a multitude of benefits, from bonus points on eligible JetBlue purchases to complimentary first checked bags for the cardholder and up to three travel companions on JetBlue-operated flights.
