New Direct Route: Phnom Penh to Delhi by Cambodia Angkor Air

Cambodia Angkor Air (K6), a flag carrier, has announced the commencement of direct flights between Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and Delhi, India.

Starting June 16th, 2024, the new route will operate four times a week, providing convenient access between the two vibrant capitals.

The new route enhances regional connectivity and offers opportunities to explore the rich cultural heritage of both destinations. This includes the inspiring Angkor Wat Temple in Siem Reap, Cambodia, and the historical landmarks of Delhi.

“We are excited to launch direct flights between Phnom Penh and Delhi, providing greater convenience and connectivity,” said Dr. David Yuhong Zhan, Vice Chairman and CEO of Cambodia Angkor Air (K6).

This initiative aligns with Cambodia Angkor Air’s vision to strengthen ties between India and Cambodia, facilitating business travel, tourism, and cultural exchange.

In addition to the Phnom Penh-Delhi route, Cambodia Angkor Air aims to expand its network further by connecting travelers to other key regional destinations. Passengers flying from Delhi will have the opportunity to connect to other Asian flights.

Conversely, Delhi will serve as a gateway between Cambodia and the Middle East, Europe, and Africa for Cambodia Angkor Air.

“We are delighted to collaborate with APG, under the leadership of Ms. Sandrine de Saint-Sauveur, CEO & President, which will provide enhanced services to our valuable passengers. APG also assists us in extending our presence through its offices in important markets including India, Japan, Australia, USA, France, Spain, United Kingdom, Benelux, and the Nordic States,” added Dr. David Yuhong Zhan.
