New-age carrier Vietjet has officially commenced two direct flights from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to New Delhi, also known as the Monumental City due to its attractions such as the Red Fort, Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb and the India Gate.
With the two additional routes, Vietjet is the first airline connecting the two biggest economic, cultural and tourist centers of Vietnam with the fascinating and unique capital of India – New Delhi. On the inaugural flights, passengers were thrilled to receive charming, surprise gifts from Vietjet’s leaders and flight crew.
The Ho Chi Minh City – New Delhi route operates four return flights per week every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 6 December 2019. The flight departs from Ho Chi Minh City at 19:00 and arrives in New Delhi at 22:50. The return flight takes off from New Delhi at 23:50 and lands in Ho Chi Minh City at 06:10 (All in local time).
The Hanoi – New Delhi route operates three return flights per week on every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 7 December 2019. The flight departs from Hanoi at 19:10 and arrives in New Delhi at 22:50. The return flight takes off from New Delhi at 23:50 and lands in Hanoi at 05:20 (All in local time).
