Four Seasons Yachts orders third vessel, scheduled for delivery in 2031

Fincantieri has announced that it has signed a contract with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD, Joint owner/operator of Four Seasons Yachts, for the construction of a third ultra-luxury vessel, further strengthening the longstanding partnership between the two companies and confirming Fincantieri’s leadership in the high-end hospitality segment.

The value of this agreement, subject to financing and other typical terms and conditions, is considered as large. For Fincantieri, a “large” cruise order is an order representing a value between 500 million Euros and 1 billion Euros.

Scheduled for delivery in 2031, the new vessel will be the third unit in a new class of ultra-luxury hospitality vessels designed and built by Fincantieri at its Ancona shipyard. The order confirms the success of a pioneering programme that is redefining hospitality at sea.

Building on the successful delivery earlier this year of Four Seasons I and the construction of a second ship scheduled to enter into service at the beginning of 2028, the new order further strengthens the longstanding collaboration between Fincantieri and Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD and reflects growing demand for a new category of bespoke luxury travel experiences.

New concept of Yacht Residential Suites

Luxury residential suite aboard Four Seasons II featuring spacious living areas, panoramic ocean views, private terrace, and elegant contemporary design.

Four Seasons I, which offers 95 suites, embarked on its maiden voyage in the Mediterranean on 20 March 2026. The first voyage is symbolically important, as it coincides with the 65th anniversary of Four Seasons and the opening of the company’s first hotel on the first day of spring in 1961. After its Mediterranean in summer, it will reposition to the Caribbean and Bahamas in winter.

Four Seasons II, which offers 79 suites and 1:1 guest to staff ratio, represents the evolution of the ultra-luxury yachting experience, while introducing a new calibre of accommodation through its Yacht Residential Suites which features 12 exclusive suites across the upper decks.  Ranging from two to four bedrooms, these expansive suites are the largest at sea. Sprawling terraces, open-concept living areas, and well-appointed kitchens bring the comforts of home to the ocean, with select suites featuring private splash pools and wellness-focused amenities.

When it debuts in 2028, Four Seasons II will sail in the Mediterranean, featuring regional itineraries such as Greece to Egypt, Croatia to Italy, and Spain to Monaco.

The new vessel, Four Seasons III, will feature the same all-suite, residential-style concept that has defined the first-in class. At 207 metres in length and approximately 34,000 gross tons, it will accommodate suites designed to maximise the connection between guests and the ocean through expansive terraces and open-air living spaces.
