The International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) is celebrating a major milestone this year, reaching 100 live entertainment events with James Blunt’s upcoming concert on November 23.
To commemorate this achievement, ICC Sydney is offering an exciting “I ❤️ Live Events” giveaway, where one lucky winner and a guest will get the chance to attend a concert of their choice at ICC Sydney Theatre in 2025 (see the concerts list below).
The record-breaking year has seen ICC Sydney, managed by ASM Global, become a hub for a wide range of events, drawing diverse audiences from all over. According to ICC Sydney CEO Adam Mather-Brown, the team is thrilled to bring together communities through an extensive lineup of performances spanning music, comedy, and inspiring talks.
“ICC Sydney has been a powerful platform for entertaining diverse audiences over the years,” said Mather-Brown. “We are thrilled to celebrate 100 entertainment events this year alongside homegrown chart-topping superstar James Blunt and Australian promoter Destroy All Lines.”
Andrew Perumalla, promoter of Blunt’s “The Who We Used To Be” tour and a representative from Destroy All Lines, congratulated ICC Sydney on achieving this landmark, likening it to a cricketer reaching “a ton,” a feat few attain.
Following the Australian Premiere of Gladiator II presented on 30 October 2024, ICC Sydney is anticipated to host over 235,000 people across its sensational calendar of almost 35 events until May 2025:
