Amidst the challenges of a rapidly recovering Exhibition industry, the International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services (IFES) is elated to introduce its eighth MasterClass this November.
Titled “Future-proof your Career in International Exhibitions”, MasterClass 2023 sets its sight on the future by nurturing and advancing the next generation of industry professionals.
Acknowledging that the industry’s sustainability and growth hinge on fresh talent and innovative ideas, the event’s agenda was thoughtfully crafted through a joint effort between the IFES Education Committee and the IFES Talent Team, a group of spirited under-40 individuals.
Designed to serve mid-level industry professionals such as Designers, Project/Account Managers, and Sales Managers, MasterClass 2023 will be a treasure trove of knowledge. Over two and a half days, attendees will be immersed in an enriching environment that will sharpen their soft skills, and bolster their prowess in the exhibition sector. They will gain insights into global exhibition methodologies, digital and AI tools that can enhance exhibition experiences, and the latest in Sales and Marketing.
The MasterClass will be steered by distinguished figures like Lee Ali of ExpoStars, Jörg Zeissig of Holtmann+, and Steve Riches of Laguna Displays. They will share invaluable expertise, tips on building high-performance teams, strategies to win more clients, and ways to enhance client services by understanding cultural nuances.
Angela Herberholz, a Conflict Prevention Specialist, will also shed light on the significance of conflict navigation, ensuring professionals are equipped with techniques to manage workplace complexities.

Han Leenhouts of Sales and Pepper will host an unforgettable evening blending cooking with storytelling.
