The countdown begins as Daytona Beach gears up to host the Southeast’s top motorcycle event, the 31st annual Biketoberfest® rally, from October 19 to 22. In less than two months, the event promises to pull in motorcycle aficionados from all over the globe.
Celebrated over four days, this motorcycle rally offers participants a variety of experiences, from scenic rides along the famous A1A, historic Main Street, and the picturesque loop to motorcycle racing at the iconic Daytona International Speedway. Attendees can anticipate live music, the industry’s leading vendors, bike shows, and the perfect Florida weather.
GEICO, for the 11th consecutive year, will be the official sponsor of Biketoberfest®.
Lori Campbell Baker, Executive Director for the Daytona Beach Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, shared her enthusiasm: “Biketoberfest® is not just a rally; it’s an experience. The list of activities is endless, spanning from Main Street and the Speedway to Destination Daytona and the scenic Ormond Beach loop. This year, the Official Biketoberfest® Welcome Center, presented by GEICO, will be situated trackside in Daytona International Speedway’s bustling display area. Visitors to the Welcome Center will receive complimentary posters, pins, poker chips, and helmet stickers.
New additions to the rally include an array of dining options: Stroud’s BBQ at Daytona Lagoon, Harry’s Famous Pizza at Ocean Walk Shoppes, a second Millie’s seafood venue in Ormond Beach, and Café Con Leche Granada, which offers a taste of Cuban, Mexican, and Puerto Rican cuisines. Additionally, attendees can capture their rally memories against the vibrant backdrops of the Daytona Beach Mural Trail and the newly established Riverfront Esplanade in Downtown Daytona Beach. Moreover, the renovated Daytona Beach Pier and Racing’s North Turn Beach Bar and Grille in Ponce Inlet have resumed operations and are ready to welcome guests.
