It has been confirmed that Batik Air Malaysia has suspended its flights to Turkey.
The airline, which began operating flights to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport in February 2024, had originally planned to offer three flights a week to Istanbul during the summer months but has now decided to cancel these services entirely, reported Patronlar Dünyasi.
The final flights were conducted last week. Although no specific reasons were provided for this decision, it is speculated that the suspension may be due to travel restrictions, decreased demand, or operational challenges.
