Mustafa Koc Golf Course in Riva Istanbul

Mustafa Koç’s Dream Realized: A Premier Golf Course Opens in Istanbul

The late Mustafa Koç, one of Türkiye’s most prominent business figures who passed away in 2016 following a heart attack, had a dream that has now been fulfilled.

Known for his passion for golf and numerous tournament accolades, Koç had worked tirelessly to popularize the sport in Türkiye.

One of his greatest aspirations was to establish a golf course on a plot of land he purchased in Riva in Istanbul for $29 million.

This dream has finally become a reality, thanks to the dedication of his life partner, Caroline Koç.

Over the past few months, she has completed the ‘Mustafa V. Koç Golf Course,’ named in his honor, and recently hosted a special event there to celebrate its opening.

The newly inaugurated golf course, spanning 5,810 meters, is set in a tranquil green valley.

It features training facilities, a short game academy, nine holes with two designed as pairs, and an exclusive club for members, making it a comprehensive venue for golf enthusiasts.
