Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International, known for its rapid expansion both domestically and internationally, has opened its latest hotel in Ankara, the city where it first entered the tourism sector.
The brand, which previously operated the Dedeman Ankara from 1966 to 2014, now welcomes guests at the Park Dedeman Kızılay Ankara.
The new Park Dedeman Kızılay Ankara carries the signature of the “Park Dedeman” brand, known for its modern and comfortable style tailored to dynamic accommodation needs. With its elegant design and spacious layout, the hotel offers 86 rooms that promise a refreshing stay, complemented by a restaurant with unique decor and a warm ambiance, a spa center, and a meeting room. It aims to serve both local and international visitors, as well as business travelers.
Strategically located in the heart of the city at Kızılay Square, Park Dedeman Kızılay Ankara stands as the only hotel on the main street, approximately 1.5 km from the heart of Turkey’s governance, including the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) and various ministries. The hotel’s proximity to public transportation, business centers, entertainment hubs, shopping areas, and historic sites makes it an attractive location for guests.
With the addition of Park Dedeman Kızılay Ankara, Dedeman has expanded its portfolio to 27 hotels. Including those in the agreement process, the brand now boasts 45 hotels across 9 different brands. By the end of 2023, Dedeman aims to operate 30 hotels actively and increase the total number to over 50.
