Thousands of Turkish Americans will gather in New York City to celebrate the 39th edition of the Turkish Day Parade on Saturday, May 20, 2023.
The event will start at 12:00 noon at 53rd street and Madison Avenue New York and end at 47th Street and 2nd Avenue.
This year’s event, which is organized by the Federation of Turkish American Association, Inc. (TADF) to promote Turkish culture and heritage in the United States, has a great importance for all of us, as it is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Turkey.
On this meaningful day, all Turks and their friends in the USA will celebrate the Turkish Day Parade, enjoy Turkish food, shop at Turkish gift vendors and watch musical and dance performances.
One day before the parade, on Friday, May 19, 2023, at 7.00pm, the 100th Anniversary and Traditional Turkish Day Parade Gala will be held at the Chart House, which has a unique panoramic view of the New York skyline. For reservations and more information call TADF at (212) 682-7688.
