Pegasus, one of Europe’s leading low-cost airlines, today introduced a thrilling £1 flight sale. This offer celebrates the launch of their new direct route from Istanbul to Edinburgh.
Scheduled to start on June 27, 2024, the service connects Istanbul’s Sabiha Gökçen Airport with Edinburgh Airport. Pegasus has released 2,500 seats at this remarkably low price. Travel enthusiasts can book these seats from May 10 until May 16, 2024.
Flights will operate twice weekly. Departures from Istanbul are on Thursdays and Sundays at 11:40 local time. The return flights from Edinburgh will leave at 15:30 on the same days. These flights promise convenience and are planned to run throughout the year.
Onur Dedeköylü, the Chief Commercial Officer of Pegasus, expressed his excitement.
“We are delighted to be launching new regular scheduled flights connecting Istanbul and Edinburgh as the summer season starts. Pegasus Airlines is proud to connect such vibrant and popular destinations, offering a unique experience to all who fly with us.”
Pegasus is known for its young fleet and expansive network. They currently serve 137 destinations globally, including 35 in Türkiye and 102 international locations.
This new route not only offers a budget-friendly travel option but also enriches cultural exchange between the historical cities of Istanbul and Edinburgh.
