SunExpress, a joint venture of Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa, has increased the number of domestic and international flights from Ankara during the 2020 winter season, adding two new destinations to its Ankara-Europe flights: Amsterdam and Cologne.
For the first time this winter, SunExpress which starts flying from Ankara to Amsterdam and Cologne, two of the most popular travel destinations, also offers direct scheduled flights from Ankara to Munich every day, 5 times a week to Düsseldorf, twice a week to Frankfurt and Stuttgart and once a week to Hanover.
Celebrating its 30th year in aviation and tourism this year, SunExpress operates nonstop flights from Ankara every Saturday to Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands, which welcomes millions of tourists every year with its canals and natural beauty, as well as its well-preserved historic sites, museums and colorful atmosphere. The other new international route SunExpress offers from Ankara this winter is Cologne. The airline operates flights every Thursday to Cologne, Germany’s popular city, which hosts many cultural, art events and festivals throughout the year, accompanied by its rich history and views of the Rhine River.
