BF&GH Travel Retail, a joint venture between Gebr. Heinemann and the Ukrainian BF Group, is the new operator of 800 m² of duty-free space at Lviv Airport, Ukraine.
The contract was signed on December 8th and is effective immediately. The travel retail operation was awarded through a tender process for the next five years. Located on the 3rd floor of the main departure area, the shop will offer a multi-brand concept. Ukrainian airports are looking positively to the future, as an Open Skies agreement was recently signed between Ukraine and the EU.
Investments for Ukrainian business in store

Not only with the opening in Lviv, but also with the renovation of the Boryspil shops, planned for 2022.”
A tailor-made assortment presents shoppers with exceptional experiences
BF&GH Travel Retail is the operator of the duty-free shops at the Ukrainian airports Boryspil and Kiev Zhuliany.
Simon Forde, General Manager of BF&GH emphasises the company’s focus on passenger profile and assortment: “Customer feedback and data analysis are the basis for everything we do. We have tailored our duty free offer very successfully in our current shops, and look forward to extending this retail expertise to our new location in Lviv.”
Lviv airport is located in Western Ukraine and has recently announced a number of new routes.
