Zleep Hotels, a Deutsche Hospitality brand that offers quality, digital services and Nordic design at affordable prices, will be opened in Hannover, Germany.

The Zleep Hotel Hannover will be the third hotel in Germany to operate under the Scandinavian brand Zleep.

The hotel is being developed in conjunction with Krasemann Immobilien, a property group which is responsible for the realisation of the project. The Zleep Hotel in Hanover will be a new build extending over five floors.

Scheduled to open at the end of 2022, it will offer 124 Nordic-design rooms, a generously proportioned lounge delivering a true sense of “hygge” flair, an integrated reception space, a lobby and a breakfast and bar area. Zleep Hotels are presently also under development in Hamburg, Frankfurt/the Rhine-Main region, Madrid, Prague and Zurich. Further locations are at the planning stage.

The Zleep Hotel Hannover will occupy a central site at Podbielskistraße 314-316 in the city’s Groß-Buchholz district. This means that it will enjoy good transport links and will also be easily accessible via public transport. An underground car park will accommodate 31 parking spaces. The architectural firm Bünemann & Collegen is responsible for the implementation of the project alongside BBU.Projekt Architekten BDA. Investment volume is approximately €13 million.

“The Zleep Hotel Hannover will provide future leisure and business travellers and trade fair visitors with innovative and comfortable overnight accommodation in the state capital of Lower Saxony whilst also offering value for money,” said Robert Boller, Managing Director of Zleep Hotels GmbH

“Krasemann Immobilien is an experienced partner with excellent local knowledge. Our partnership in Hanover enables us to drive forward the roll-out of this fresh new brand on the German market.”

Jörn Starossom, Managing Director of Krasemann Immobilien, added: “Now that the agreement has been successfully concluded, we are very much looking forward to working together with Zleep Hotel GmbH. Deutsche Hospitality has established a fine reputation in Europe, and we are confident that this venture in Hanover will be a long-term success.”

The project itself was initiated by Fortura Immobilien Entwicklungs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.

Zleep Hotels represent quality, digital services and Nordic design at affordable prices. Comfortable beds, free fast Wi-Fi, modern flat screen TV’s, high-end showers and an organic breakfast buffet are further feel-good factors which enhance every stay. The Zleep Hotel Hannover will give Deutsche Hospitality a third presence in Hanover, where it already operates the IntercityHotel Hannover and the IntercityHotel Hannover Hauptbahnhof Ost.
