Frontier Airlines Launches 22 New Routes Across U.S., Caribbean and Latin America

Frontier Airlines has announced the launch of 22 new nonstop routes set to begin in November and December 2025, expanding its footprint across the United States, the Caribbean, and Latin America. The new service includes domestic routes from major U.S. cities as well as international flights to Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and Turks and Caicos.

The expansion includes Frontier’s debut at Providenciales International Airport (PLS) in Turks and Caicos and its return to Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS) in Nassau, The Bahamas. According to the airline, the new routes support its objective of becoming the top low-fare carrier in the 20 largest U.S. metro areas.

International Expansion and New Markets

Among the newly announced international routes are flights from Dallas-Fort Worth to Guatemala City and San Salvador, from Orlando to Guatemala City, San José, San Pedro Sula, and San Salvador, and from Philadelphia to Santiago de los Caballeros in the Dominican Republic. All international routes are subject to government approval.

Frontier is also entering Providenciales in Turks and Caicos and reinstating service to Nassau, The Bahamas, with weekly flights from Atlanta. Additional international service includes new routes from Miami, Washington Dulles, and LaGuardia to cities in Central America and the Caribbean.

Domestic Route Additions

The airline is adding U.S. routes from hubs including Atlanta, Dallas-Fort Worth, Orlando, Phoenix, and Chicago O’Hare. Cities such as Milwaukee, Memphis, Reno, and Spokane are among the destinations now connected to these hubs via new Frontier flights.

Domestic highlights include service from Atlanta to Memphis, Milwaukee, and Phoenix; from Phoenix to Reno and Spokane; and from Chicago O’Hare to Minneapolis-Saint Paul. Flights between these city pairs will operate with frequencies ranging from weekly to multiple times per week depending on the route.

Promotions and Product Enhancements

To celebrate the new routes, Frontier is offering promotional fares starting at $19, with tickets available for purchase through September 10, 2025. Sale fares apply to select nonstop travel dates between November 20, 2025, and March 5, 2026, excluding blackout dates.

In addition to network growth, Frontier is offering early access to its 2026–2027 GoWild! All-You-Can-Fly Annual Pass for $299. The pass allows for unlimited travel starting immediately and includes an extra eight months beyond the official travel period, which runs from May 2026 to April 2027.

The airline is also rolling out new onboard products under its “New Frontier” initiative. This includes the upcoming launch of First Class seating by late 2025, UpFront Plus seating with guaranteed empty middle seats, and an expanded frequent flyer program. Frontier’s loyalty program, FRONTIER Miles, rewards passengers with up to 20X miles per dollar spent and offers perks such as seat selection, baggage allowances, and family mile pooling.

“We are on a mission to increase service domestically and internationally, and in the process redefine air travel by demonstrating that it can be comfortable, convenient and affordable,” said Josh Flyr, vice president of network and operations design, Frontier Airlines.
