New Air Canada Flight Pass Adds Premium Upgrades

Air Canada Flight Pass now comes with a premium upgrade for travelers in Hong Kong, offering more flexibility, exclusive perks, and deeper savings across multiple cabin classes. Available until May 30, 2025, the newly enhanced Flight Pass includes the airline’s first-ever Premium Economy tier for the Hong Kong market, as well as increased value for Business Class travelers.

Flexible Travel Between Hong Kong and North America

The Air Canada Flight Pass is a pre-paid package of flight credits that allows passengers to fly between Hong Kong and North America or Western North America over a 12-month period. With each credit covering a one-way flight (including connecting routes), this offer brings stability and convenience to frequent flyers by locking in all-inclusive fares for an entire year from the purchase date.

Two tiers of flight credit packages are available: four credits for one traveler or eight credits for two travelers. Each credit can be redeemed for one-way trips in any combination of one-way or round-trip travel. Flights are subject to seat availability but are fully flexible within the valid travel zones. The pass is exclusive to Hong Kong residents with an Aeroplan membership and a local address.

What’s New: Premium Economy and Lower Business Class Rates

For the first time, Air Canada has introduced a Premium Economy option in its Flight Pass offerings for Hong Kong residents. Travelers can now access Premium Economy Class at up to 20% off compared to standard pricing. Meanwhile, the Business Class Flight Pass is now available at an 18% discount, offering a higher level of comfort and exclusivity at a more accessible price point.

Additional Benefits for Aeroplan Members

Holders of the Air Canada Flight Pass continue to earn Aeroplan points and Status Qualifying Miles with every trip redeemed. These miles can be applied toward upgrades, merchandise, hotels, or additional travel through the extensive Aeroplan partner network. Members gain access to exclusive fares, making the pass a smart investment for both frequent business travelers and leisure flyers planning multiple trips.

By using the Flight Pass, travelers also avoid price volatility and last-minute fare spikes, especially during high-demand periods. With fare certainty and a fixed cost per trip, the pass brings peace of mind and predictable budgeting for year-round travel.

Booking and Eligibility

The offer is open only to Hong Kong residents with an Aeroplan membership and a registered Hong Kong address. Signing up for Aeroplan is free, and enrollment can be done through Air Canada’s official website. The Flight Pass is available in multiple fare classes—Standard (S Class), Flex (Q Class), Premium Economy (E Class), and Business (D Class)—depending on the traveler’s preferred cabin and route selection.

To purchase the enhanced Flight Pass, travelers can visit aircanada.com or contact their preferred travel agency before the May 30, 2025 deadline. Once issued, the pass can be used immediately and is fully managed online, making flight selection and trip planning fast and convenient.

This offer reflects Air Canada’s continued commitment to innovation and customer convenience, helping travelers plan smarter, fly better, and earn more along the way.
