Plan Your Next Big Event at F1 Arcade Las Vegas

F1 Arcade Las Vegas is now accepting private and corporate event inquiries for its highly anticipated flagship venue at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Slated to open in October 2025, this new experience-driven destination blends world-class hospitality with the high-speed thrills of Formula 1®, redefining what it means to host an event in Las Vegas.

The Largest F1 Arcade Venue in the U.S.

Spanning more than 21,000 square feet across two floors, F1 Arcade Las Vegas will be the largest U.S. location for the brand to date. Guests can expect a full-sensory experience complete with 87 high-tech full-motion racing simulators, immersive lighting, and expansive views of the iconic Las Vegas Strip from its outdoor terrace. Designed for both corporate outings and large social gatherings, the venue elevates group entertainment with high style and high octane energy.

Located within one of the city’s most iconic retail destinations, the venue will offer easy access and a prestigious atmosphere. Whether you’re planning a small team meeting or a 600-person celebration, the space is adaptable, innovative, and unlike anything else in Vegas.

Event Spaces Tailored for Every Occasion

F1 Arcade Las Vegas is designed with flexibility in mind, offering multiple event formats:

  • The Briefing Room: A dedicated private room with 23 simulators, a 19-foot bar, AV capabilities, and an exclusive Strip-facing terrace. It accommodates up to 220 guests with tailored dining and lounge setups.
  • Full Buyouts: For major activations and celebrations, the entire venue can be reserved. This includes 87 simulators, three permanent bars, one portable bar, and 19 large screens, including a striking 9-foot LED screen at the main bar.
  • Exclusive Spaces: Smaller private areas are available for team-building events, holiday parties, or launch events.

Each event setup promises an immersive experience where guests can compete, connect, and celebrate in a dynamic environment inspired by the intensity and glamour of Formula 1.

More Than Racing: Games, Food, and Drinks

F1 Arcade’s interactive entertainment isn’t just about simulated racing. Guests can test their reflexes with games like React—a rapid-reaction test used by real F1 drivers—and Lights Out, which replicates the split-second intensity of a race start. These engaging options allow both drivers and spectators to be part of the action.

The venue also takes food and drink seriously. Curated by Lauren Paylor “LP” O’Brien, winner of Netflix’s “Drink Masters,” the beverage menu includes signature cocktails and “Designated Drivers” mocktails. Globally inspired dishes round out the culinary offerings, making sure every guest enjoys a top-tier experience from start to finish.

A Venue with Global Momentum

F1 Arcade is not new to the scene. Its Las Vegas debut builds on the success of existing U.S. locations in Boston Seaport and Washington, DC. The brand’s growth reflects rising U.S. interest in Formula 1 and a demand for entertainment that’s both premium and participatory.

With plans to launch 30 venues worldwide over the next five years, including new sites in Philadelphia, Denver, and Atlanta, F1 Arcade is quickly becoming a global player in the experience economy. Each location aims to bring people together in memorable ways—through speed, strategy, and shared adrenaline.

As Shelley Williams, vice president of U.S. sales at F1 Arcade, puts it, “F1 Arcade Las Vegas sets a new standard for private events, blending the thrill of Formula 1 with refined hospitality and cutting-edge entertainment.”

Whether you’re organizing a client mixer, a holiday party, or a product launch, F1 Arcade Las Vegas offers a unique venue where competition meets connection. From corporate strategy sessions to full-venue takeovers, it’s time to plan your next big event at the intersection of speed and style.
