New York Hotel Launches Botox and Cosmetic Services

Crowne Plaza HY36 Midtown Manhattan expands its guest offerings to include on-site a la carte beauty and health services through a strategic partnership with New York City concierge cosmetics startup Velour Medical.

Starting on September 15, guests will be able to request personalized treatments from a dedicated team of medical professionals for Botox, Dermal Fillers, Blood Facial, COVID testing, and more, all from the comfort of the hotel.

The first-of-its-kind partnership allows guests to book services directly at the property during their stay. Velour recommends guests book appointments two weeks in advance, which can be done directly at the hotel’s front desk.  As part of the official partnership, Velour’s dedicated team of top-of-the-line medical professionals will exclusively service Crowne Plaza HY36 guests. Experienced medical professionals will greet guests at the hotel with all necessary materials to perform the services right in the privacy of guests’ rooms.

Leading the emerging New York based concierge cosmetics and medical company are partners Dr. Michael Kennis — board-certified family medicine physician — and Sari Katz —established PA-C in dermatology and plastic surgery, and certified trainer for Allergan Medical Institute. Together, Michael and Sari established Velour to bring the medical office to the patients’ own home or work environment for personalized care, ultimate convenience, and privacy. Velour’s top-of-the-line providers and services are disrupting the medical market by making aesthetic medical procedures less anxiety-provoking while helping clients look and feel their best. This direct-to-consumer model has shown to be rapidly successful and thoroughly sought after by consumers in the current market.

“This bespoke partnership with Velour comes just as many employees are coming back to their New York offices,” says John Beck, general manager at Crowne Plaza HY36.

“We aimed to provide travelers and commuters with the option for a bit of pampering and beauty rest before returning to the office or traveling for work — or simply to help them make a post-pandemic debut.”

“Crowne Plaza HY36 is a true urban oasis, which makes it the perfect place to conduct our aesthetic treatments,” says co-founder Sari Katz.

“Even though cosmetic procedures are such a hot commodity, there are no other hotels providing similar services to guests at this scale. We couldn’t be more excited about the opportunity to team up with a renowned hotel brand to expand access to New York’s most sought-after beauty and medical services.”
