Located in Brooklyn and operated by SUNSHINE BROOKLYN LLC, the avid hotel Brooklyn – Dyker Heights is set to be a game-changer in the city’s hospitality scene.

This 76-room establishment promises to uphold the brand’s reputation for delivering basics at their best, all at a reasonable price. Guests can anticipate rooms tailored for a restful sleep, equipped with black-out roller shades and sound-reducing features. The hotel also offers a complimentary ‘Good all round’ breakfast, ensuring guests have access to grab-and-go items and freshly ground coffee around the clock.

Karen Gilbride, VP of avid hotels, remarked on the brand’s journey, “Five years since our inaugural property in Oklahoma City, the Brooklyn – Dyker Heights opening underscores our commitment to expanding in the Americas. Situated a mere 25 minutes from the heart of New York City, avid hotel Brooklyn – Dyker Heights is an ideal stopover for travelers heading to or from the city. It also serves as a convenient base for those exploring Brooklyn or attractions like the Coney Island Lighthouse.
