The historic Gray & Dudley Building has been given a new lease of life as Hilton announces the opening of The Bankers Alley Hotel Nashville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton.

Converted into a 124-room boutique lifestyle hotel in 2017, the property is located in the heart of downtown Nashville’s thriving art district.

Danny Hughes, Executive Vice President and President, Americas, Hilton, noted Nashville’s status as one of the fastest-growing hotel markets in the country. He was excited about Hilton’s continued expansion in the area, and highlighted the unique features of the hotel including its design, signature restaurant, and museum-quality art.

Located just blocks away from the Nissan Stadium and Bridgestone Arena, guests can enjoy the best of Nashville’s entertainment and nightlife. The hotel itself offers a unique cultural experience, housing a contemporary art gallery that showcases curated exhibitions and site-specific installations.

The Bankers Alley Hotel represents the Tapestry Collection brand in Nashville, providing a distinctive stay experience. Jenna Hackett, Global Brand Head, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, mentioned the hotel’s personality and charm, embodied in its artful details and Southern-inspired dining options.

The hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, having originally served as the headquarters of the Gray & Dudley Hardware Company in the 1900s. Today, the building’s rich history is woven into its design with large arched windows and cast-iron columns. The 110 rooms and 14 suites are artfully furnished, and certain suites offer stunning views of the city from a semi-private terrace.

The Bankers Alley Hotel also features Gray & Dudley, a signature bar and restaurant, and offers 10,500 square feet of exhibition and meeting space.

Guests can enjoy an array of amenities including pet friendly accommodations, valet parking, a business center and a state-of-the-art fitness center with Peloton bikes. The hotel is part of Hilton Honors, the award-winning guest-loyalty program for Hilton’s distinct hotel brands. Members who book directly have access to instant benefits, including a flexible payment slider that allows members to choose nearly any combination of Points and money to book a stay, an exclusive member discount, free standard Wi-Fi and the Hilton Honors mobile app.
